Abstract

В настоящей статье на основе определения исходных проблем и изучения основных интересов власти, бизнеса и личности в вопросах развития профессионального менеджмента в регионе рассматриваются аспекты целевого назначения систем, обеспечивающих формирование региональных резервов управленческих кадров.
