Abstract

Проведен анализ современных проблем и обоснованы направления развития сельских трудовых ресурсов, особое внимание уделено женским трудовым ресурсам. Предлагаются практические рекомендации по совершенствованию управления трудовыми ресурсами и занятостью в сельском хозяйстве. Рассмотрены направления государственной и муниципальной поддержки обеспечения женской занятости в малом предпринимательстве, предложена методика расчета эффективности мер по обеспечению малого предпринимательства в сельской местности.
