Abstract

Рассмотрены два основных направления реализации государственной региональной политики: «уравнивания» и поддержки субъектов-«локомотивов». Выделены недостатки политики приоритетной поддержки наиболее развитых субъектов. Сформулированы рекомендации, выполнение которых позволит устранить выявленные недостатки и использовать в первоочередном порядке при реализации государственной региональной политики приоритетную поддержку субъектов-«локомотивов». При написании статьи использовался зарубежный опыт реализации региональной политики (Европейский союз, Китай, Франция).
