Abstract

В процессе перехода на управление результатами наиболее остро встают проблемы комплексного мониторинга использования ресурсов и достигнутых результатов в рамках всего бюджетного цикла. В данной статье предлагается методика оценки бюджетного потенциала результативности реализуемых программ.
