Abstract

В статье сырьевая экономика рассматривается как специфический тип функционирования и развития национальной экономики. Автором даются определения основных понятий: минерально-сырьевого комплекса, минерально-сырьевого богатства, минерально-сырьевого потенциала, национального богатства недр, горной ренты. На основе анализа роли недропользования в экономике России и других стран сформулированы основные особенности сырьевого сектора экономики. Автором предложены структура и многоотраслевая схема функционирования сырьевой экономики России; обоснованы территориальные аспекты сбалансированного развития сырьевого сектора экономики.
