How can we really care for nature and stimulate business?

Abstract

В последние годы заклинания российских политиков о том, что без удвоения ВВП любой ценой к определенному периоду наше общество окажется в глубочайшем кризисе, по мнению автора, верны лишь отчасти. Во-первых, в стране ускоренно, в первоочередном порядке нужно решить проблемы бедности населения, а главное проблемы обостряющейся ресурсно-экологической обстановки. Во-вторых, из-за отсутствия финансовых средств нужен поиск ресурсов, которые можно по-хозяйски вовлечь в полезный оборот, экономически стимулируя это вовлечение на всех уровнях управления экономикой. В-третьих, ресурсом обеспечения природосбережения может стать освобождение субъектов предпринимательства, направляющих свою прибыль на развитие своей деятельности (связанной со сбором, переработкой и утилизацией отходов) от уплаты большинства налогов, путем предоставления им налоговых льгот, о чем нужно сделать соответствующие поправки в Налоговом кодексе РФ.
