Стратегия Экономической Безопасности Республики Таджикистан: Проблемы Реализации И Перспективы

Abstract

В 2015 г. истекает срок реализации Национальной стратегии развития Республики Таджикистан, что предполагает разработку нового документа, определяющего политику государства в сфере экономической безопасности. С целью формулирования главных принципов новой стратегии экономической безопасности и во избежание ошибок, допущенных при разработке Национальной стратегии развития Таджикистана, анализируются преимущества и недостатки действующей стратегии, проявившиеся в ходе ее выполнения. Рассмотрены основные причины частичной нереализованности документа; определены элементы стратегии, оказывающие как позитивное, так и негативное влияние на процесс ее реализации; разработаны предложения по защите национальных интересов Таджикистана.
