О Сущности Понятия «Управление Инновационными Кластерами»

Abstract

Ативное влияние на экономическую ситуацию в мире, сподвиг политические элиты многих стран, в том числе и Российской Федерации, приступить к поиску путей выхода из положения, сложившегося в сфере экономики. В таких условиях инновационные кластеры становятся структурой, позволяющей добиться положительных сдвигов в сравнительно короткие сроки. С учетом этого проанализирована всевозрастающая роль инновационных кластеров в экономической системе России. Подробно рассмотрены понятия «управление», «кластер», «инновационный кластер», на их основе сформулировано определения понятия «управление инновационными кластерами», до настоящего времени отсутствовавшее в литературе, посвященной вопросам экономики и инновационного управления. Совершенствование понятийного аппарата призвано упростить процесс разработки новых моделей управления, которые будут учитывать современные реалии, связанные с геополитическим положением Российской Федерации и с развитием мирового экономического кризиса.
