Abstract

Рассмотрена сущность инновационной экономики, проведен сравнительный анализ социально-экономических систем (индустриальной, постиндустриальной, инновационной и неоиндустриальной экономик). Постиндустриальная экономика рассматривается как экономика, основанная на активном использовании творческого потенциала личности, растущих информационных и интеллектуальных ресурсах, сокращающемся материальном производстве. Возрождение многоотраслевого промышленного комплекса на основе инновационных факторов трактуется как основная задача неоиндустриальной экономики. С целью наиболее полномасштабного представления концепции инновационной экономики приводится обобщенная характеристика основных черт инновационной экономики. Сравнение характеристик социально-экономических систем позволило сделать вывод о том, что развитие социально-экономической сферы России в рамках концепции инновационной экономики является наиболее эффективным путем преобразований.
