Применение Передового Опыта Международной Организации Высших Органов Финансового Контроля (Intosai) В Процессе Государственного Аудита Финансовой Деятельности Казенных И Бюджетных Учреждений На Региональном Уровне

Abstract

Рассматриваются механизмы повышения уровня государственного контроля над деятельностью казенных и бюджетных учреждений в целях уменьшения количества ошибок и нарушений в их учетной работе. В ходе адаптации методов контрольной работы Международной организации высших органов финансового контроля (INTOSAI) к российским, региональным условиям возникает возможность повысить уровень действенного финансового контроля, ориентированного на эффективное использование бюджетных средств и государственной собственности. Определены методы работы органов финансового контроля на основе международного опыта, раскрываются алгоритмы их реализации на региональном уровне.
