Роль Конкуренции И Коррупции В Модели Экономического Роста

Abstract

Экономический рост и экономическое развитие являются приоритетами экономической политики многих стран мира. В сложившихся условиях кризиса обеспечение устойчивой динамики роста становится проблемным полем для исследователей и практиков. В работах теоретиков изучения экономического роста в качестве факторов рассматриваются инвестиции, качество трудовых ресурсов, состояние внутреннего спроса, структура капитала и др. Однако результаты эмпирического анализа макроэкономических и рейтинговых показателей трех стран (Россия, США, Китай) за 5 лет показывают, что благоприятное состояние конкурентной среды и низкий уровень коррупции положительно коррелируют с динамикой экономического роста и имеют все основания для включения в практику разработки мероприятий в области экономической политики, направленной на обеспечение роста экономики. В ходе исследования установлено, что отклик хозяйствующих субъектов на коррупционные действия во время экономического кризиса резко обостряется.
