Abstract

На современном этапе модернизации российской экономики промышленное развитие производственных систем является основой экономического роста. Управление проектами как инструмент эффективного менеджмента при решении сложных организационно-управленческих задач – один из наиболее значимых факторов повышения эффективности производственно-хозяйственной деятельности предприятий в этих условиях. Специфика судостроительного производства, нестабильность внешней среды обусловили особенности применения данного инструмента на судостроительных предприятиях, что позволило выявить детерминанты развития управления проектами на исследуемых предприятиях и обобщить опыт разработки организационных структур управления проектами.
