Особенности Формирования Отраслевых Прогнозов В Рыбохозяйственном Комплексе Камчатского Края

Abstract

Проведен обзор методологии отраслевого прогнозирования. Определены методы, являющиеся оптимальными для прогнозирования рыбного хозяйства. Проанализированы особенности прогнозирования рыбохозяйственного комплекса Камчатского края. Охарактеризованы первоочередные проблемы прогнозирования рыбной отрасли. Предложены меры, позволяющие усовершенствовать методическую и организационную увязку прогнозов развития отрасли с другими прогнозными документами, обеспечить верифицируемость разрабатываемых прогнозов, повысить их практическую значимость в качестве инструмента государственного регулирования экономики.
