Abstract

Цель исследований – определение направлений совершенствования процесса исполнения бюджета Республики Татарстан по доходам. В ходе исследований использовались абстрактно-логический и статистико-экономический методы. Дана оценка сложившейся модели процесса исполнения доходной части бюджета региона, выявлены основные проблемы, препятствующие качественному составлению прогнозов и оперативному использованию доходов бюджета Республики Татарстан. На основе оценки динамики показателей Министерства финансов Республики Татарстан и оперативных данных департамента Казначейства определены проблемы исполнения доходов бюджета республики и предложены мероприятия по их устранению. Показаны возможности оптимизации работы финансовых структур Республики Татарстан в процессе исполнения доходной части бюджета.
