Трансформация Системы Государственного Стратегического Планирования Рыбной Отрасли

Abstract

Систематизированы проблемы государственного стратегического планирования рыбной отрасли на современном этапе. Проведен сравнительный анализ организации и методики государственного отраслевого планирования в системе директивного планирования в СССР и в системе индикативного планирования в современной России. Предложена схема организации государственного стратегического планирования развития рыбной отрасли с использованием механизмов государственно-частного партнерства.
