Качественные И Количественные Аспекты Измерения Структурных Сдвигов В Экономике

Abstract

На основании результатов анализа выделены основные подходы к определению термина структурных сдвигов, существующих в экономической науке, дополнено и конкретизировано понятие структурного сдвига комплексным подходом к его определению. Определен ряд проблем в современной науке: отсутствие четкого разграничения понятий структурных сдвигов и структурных изменений, формализованных критериев, в соответствии с которыми изменения в структуре экономической системы можно считать структурными сдвигами. Предложена количественная характеристика структурных сдвигов – сила сдвига, а также дано определение эффективности и качества структурных сдвигов через призму целевого вектора развития социально-экономических систем.
