Стратегия Строительной Фирмы В Тендере На Поставки

Abstract

Стратегия строительной фирмы в тендере на осуществление подряда будет различной в зависимости от времени и пространства. При принятии решений в период процветания стратегия будет иной, чем в период рецессии. Строительная фирма также будет вести себя по-разному при крупномасштабных заказах и при менее масштабном строительстве. При создании стратегии большую роль играет среда. По-разному будет проводиться тендер на поставки в «домашней» среде и границей. На выбор стратегии могут повлиять родственные и личные отношения между затронутыми субъектами.
