Abstract

В связи с развитием рыночных отношений главной целью каждого владельца компании становится обеспечение роста благосостояния бизнеса, т. е. максимизация его стоимости. Для достижения данной цели необходим комплексный подход к формированию и внедрению механизмов управления стоимостью на предприятии. Рассмотрены основные концепции управления стоимостью организации, их достоинства и недостатки: SHV-концепция для акционеров, разработанная А. Раппапортом EVA-концепция создания экономически добавленной стоимости SVA-концепция акционерной добавленной стоимости CFROI-концепция рентабельности денежных потоков от инвестиций и CVA-концепция добавленной стоимости денежного потока, принципы и подходы к оценке стоимости организации. Определены показатели и факторы, влияющие на изменение стоимости. На основе данных предприятия ООО «Волго-Каспийская транспортно-экспедиторская компания» проведены расчет и анализ экономической и акционерной добавленной стоимости.
