Abstract

Раскрываются тенденции экспансии крупных сетевых компаний на региональном потребительском рынке, выделяются основные этапы этой экспансии и их основные результаты. Показана взаимосвязь процессов концентрации и торгового капитала развития новых форм сетевой организации потребительского рынка. Выявлены тенденции структурной трансформации регионального потребительского рынка под воздействием крупных сетевых компаний, вытеснения мелких торговых предприятий с рынка крупными.
