Abstract

Рассмотрены аспекты, связанные с инструментами государственной поддержки субъектов малого и среднего бизнеса. Анализируются основные направления государственной поддержки малого бизнеса в зарубежных странах. Рассматриваются особенности развития малого бизнеса в Чеченской Республике, предложены рекомендации по составлению бизнес-карты территории, которая будет служить источником информации об имеющихся возможностях и условиях восстановления и создания на территории новых объектов инфраструктуры малого и среднего бизнеса и разработки программы поддержки малого и среднего бизнеса на республиканском и местном уровнях.
