Формирование Системы Управления Инновационным Климатом Региона

Abstract

Рассмотрены ключевые элементы, определяющие формирование системы инновационного климата региона. Формирование инновационного климата рассматривается как совокупность действий региональных органов государственной власти по управлению факторами инновационного развития региона и инновационным развитием региональных бизнес-структур с целью формирования их «оптимального поведения». «Оптимальное поведение» фактически отражает готовность и способность региональных бизнес-структур к активной инновационной деятельности и достижению инновационных целей развития региона и должно формироваться на основе взаимодействия интересов как бизнес-структур, так и региональных органов власти.
