Abstract

Форсирование индустриально-инновационного развития Республики Казахстан обусловливает активизацию инвестиционной деятельности субъектов хозяйствования. В этой связи формирование институциональной среды инвестиционного рынка является объективным условием достижения стратегических целей. Государственное управление инвестиционными процессами осуществляется на основе институтов публичной власти и управления, функционирование которых создает условия для взаимодействия субъектов инвестиционной деятельности между собой и внешней средой.
