Модель Разработки Проекта Реинжиниринга Бизнес-Процессов Нефтяных Компаний

Abstract

Освещены подходы к реинжинирингу бизнес-процессов нефтяных компаний. Обосновано использование современных инструментальных средств при создании модели разработки проекта реинжиниринга бизнес-процессов нефтяных компаний. В качестве базового результата проекта по оптимизации бизнес-процессов целесообразно рассматривать формирование предложений по реструктуризации бизнес-процессов и документооборота компании. Внедрение реинжиниринга открывает новые возможности организациям, гарантирует рентабельность, стабильность и конкурентоспособность, а также получение оптимальной прибыли и расширение сферы рыночной деятельности предприятия за счет совершенствования системы бизнес-коммуникаций.
