Формирование Системы Управления Качеством Услуг Малых Предприятий Электроэнергетического Комплекса

Abstract

Рассмотрена модель управления качеством услуг малых предприятий электроэнергетического комплекса с учётом участия в ней различных субъектов. Предлагается единая система взаимодействий субъектов управления качеством, функциональность которой позволит: преобразовывать требования к качеству инжиниринговых услуг со стороны их потребителей в конкретные действия хозяйствующих субъектов в сторону повышения качества производимых товаров и услуг сохранять высокий уровень качества продукции. Отмечается самостоятельность и независимость системы, благодаря которым она получает законченную автономность и не требует вмешательства в её работу извне. Библиогр. 3. Ил. 2.
