Abstract

Процессное управление является предпочтительным методом управления промышленной организацией и уровнем ее конкурентоспособности в конкурентных условиях рынка. Процессное управление конкурентоспособностью промышленной организации это управление совокупностью процессов, качество и результаты функционирования которых определяют уровень ее конкурентоспособности. Процессная модель эффективный инструмент процессного управления промышленной организацией и ее конкурентоспособностью. Библиогр. 3. Ил. 2.
