Abstract

Исследуются взаимоотношения государства с бизнесом, когда они взаимодействуют как союзники, не подменяя друг друга, занимая свои ниши в экономической системе. Роль государственного сектора особенно возрастает в связи с проблемами национальной безопасности и при решении вопросов реализации концепции устойчивого развития. Государство не ушло из экономического процесса, речь идет о поиске новых форм государственного взаимодействия с экономикой. Одной из наиболее прогрессивных форм этого взаимодействия является государственно-частное партнерство (ГЧП). Подробно излагаются основные цели, задачи, формы и мотиваторы ГЧП как для властных структур, так и для бизнеса. Библиогр. 5.
