Исследование Состояния Потенциалов И Выявление Тенденций Развития Промышленности Атырауской Области Республики Казахстан: Теория И Практика

Abstract

Исследуются экономический, экологический и социальный аспекты развития Атырауской области, как наиболее важные аспекты устойчивого развития региона, т. е. такого развития, которое обеспечивает экономический рост и в максимально возможной степени удовлетворяет потребности общества не в ущерб следующим поколениям. Определена стратегическая цель устойчивого развития региона завершить к 2015 г. переход региона от экономики, основанной на инвестициях, к экономике, основанной на инновациях. Основными индикаторами устойчивого развития выступают такие показатели, как уровень безработицы, миграция населения, демография, объем валового внутреннего продукта на душу населения, показатели развития промышленности, экология и здоровье населения.
