Выявление Научно-Исторических Предпосылок Для Обоснования Закономерности Интеграционных Процессов

Abstract

Интеграционные процессы являются объективной закономерностью общественного развития. Сотрудничество в ряде случаев дает предприятиям более значительные стратегические преимущества, чем конкурентная борьба. Закономерность интеграционного взаимодействия может быть обоснована с помощью теорий фирмы. Существуют три основные теории фирмы: технологическая концепция фирмы, контрактная теория и стратегическая концепция фирмы. Для анализа следует использовать также институционально-социологическое научное направление, строящее выводы на стыке экономической теории и социологии. Анализ названных концепций позволяет выявить и сформулировать научно-исторические предпосылки для обоснования закономерности интеграционных процессов. Библиогр. 19.
