Топливно-Энергетический Комплекс Астраханской Области: Состояние И Перспективы Развития

Abstract

Анализ состояния топливно-энергетического комплекса Астраханской области показал, что современная экономическая обстановка, в которой осуществляют свою деятельность нефтегазодобывающие компании региона, характеризуется нестабильностью и неопределенностью. На функционирование организаций отрасли влияют такие факторы, как ухудшение геологических условий, качество запасов и разнообразные изменения рыночной конъюнктуры. Устойчивое развитие нефтегазовых компаний региона в перспективе зависит от их способности прогнозировать и гибко реагировать на изменяющиеся условия внешней среды, удерживать и приобретать новые конкурентные преимущества на рынке нефти и газа. В связи с этим возрастает роль стратегического управления предприятиями нефтегазодобывающего комплекса. Библиогр. 1. Ил. 2.
