Основные Направления Повышения Конкурентоспособности Железнодорожных Транзитных Перевозок По Территории Российской Федерации

Abstract

В связи с увеличением объема грузопотоков между странами Европейского союза и Азиатско-Тихоокеанского региона необходимо создание благоприятных условий для обеспечения их транзитного движения по территории Российской Федерации, а именно по железнодорожной Транссибирской магистрали. Для достижения данной цели необходимо комплексное рассмотрение факторов, негативно влияющих на развитие железнодорожных транзитных перевозок. Отдельного внимания требует проблема низкой пропускной способности на пограничных переходах, которая крайне негативно влияет на процесс становления транзитного потенциала РФ. Разработка мероприятий по разрешению сложившейся ситуации возможна только при применении соответствующих мер в совокупности, причем необходимо модернизировать как таможенную, так и железнодорожную составляющую.
