Механизмы Формирования Государственно-Частного Партнерства В Промышленности

Abstract

Рассмотрен институт государственно-частного партнерства как инструмент управления промышленным развитием. Проанализированы современные научные взгляды на промышленную политику и сделаны выводы относительно эффективности взаимодействия государства и частного сектора в этой сфере. Уточнено толкование понятия «государственно-частное партнерство», обобщены формы его реализации, выделены условия успешной интеграции партнерства власти и бизнеса в промышленную сферу экономики России. Сделаны выводы относительно необходимости создания особой институциональной среды для развития ГЧП в промышленности: создания нормативно-правовой базы в области ГЧП и промышленности, совершенствования институтов и инструментов ГЧП, достижения баланса интересов государства и бизнеса. Выдвинутые тезисы легли в основу схемы формирования ГЧП в промышленности. Библиогр. 11. Ил. 1.
