Совершенствование Инструментов Оценки Конкурентоспособности Предпринимательской Организации

Abstract

Рассматриваются существующие графические модели отражения результатов оценки конкурентоспособности предприятия с учетом особенностей их построения. Предпринята попытка разработать собственную графическую модель, позволяющую учитывать изменения сразу за несколько периодов времени и направление движения показателя конкурентоспособности предпринимательской организации. На основе данных оперативной, бухгалтерской и статистической отчетности ОАО «Вимм-Билль-Данн», ОАО «Молочный комбинат «Воронежский», ОАО «Компания «ЮНИМИЛК» оценивается конкурентоспособность предпринимательских организаций, после чего строится графическая модель отражения результатов оценки на основе экспоненциального показателя среднего движения.
