Современная Россия: модернизация vs теневизация

Abstract

Модернизация России одна из самых актуальных и популярных тем отечественных исследований последних лет. Для совершенствования и повышения эффективности макроэкономической системы («производство распределение обмен потребление») принимается множество мер, утверждаются различные Программы развития всех сфер общественной, политической и экономической жизни до 2020 г. и т. д. Однако зачастую меры государственной поддержки и стимулирования модернизации не приносят должного эффекта, в том числе и из-за колоссальных объемов российской теневой экономики. Исследуется влияние теневых процессов на реализацию государственной политики в области модернизации российской экономики. Кроме того, особое внимание уделяетcя рассмотрению модернизации воспроизводственного процесса внутри теневого сектора, ставится вопрос о том, мешает ли теневая экономика совершенствованию экономической сферы.
