Принципы Оценки Эффективности Образования Сетевой Формы Интеграции В Промышленности

Abstract

Термин «эффективность» традиционно применяется при анализе функционирования какой-либо системы. Эффективность свойственна не всякому взаимодействию, а лишь целенаправленному. Понятие эффективности носит управленческий характер. Эффективность является сравнительной характеристикой результата деятельности. Эффективность определяется соотношением результата и затрат, обусловивших результат. Исследованы подходы к определению понятия «эффективность», различия между категориями «эффект» и «эффективность», источники возникновения эффектов и виды эффективности. Предложена схема взаимодействия процесса целеполагания и подбора показателей оценки эффективности интеграционных процессов в сетевом объединении. Сформулированы принципы оценки эффективности образования сетевой формы интеграции. Библиогр. 9. Ил. 1.
