Производственная Программа И Ее Роль В Системе Внутрифирменного Планирования Промышленного Предприятия

Abstract

Исследование позволило дать определение понятия «производственная программа». Производственная программа это эффективный план производства различных видов продукции в натуральном и стоимостном выражении в установленные сроки, который учитывает требования к качеству продукции, ее номенклатуре и ассортименту и разработан на основе анализа рыночной конъюнктуры и внутренних производственных возможностей предприятия с применением методов научного управления. Производственная программа центральное звено всей системы внутрифирменного планирования производственного предприятия, поскольку она является основой его рыночного предложения главного выходного показателя производственного процесса.
