Abstract

Рыночные преобразования еще больше обостряют проблемы развития предприятий пищевой отрасли. Среди эффективных инструментов в формировании конкурентоустойчивости следует отметить применение концепции жизненного цикла организации. Существуют различные модели жизненного цикла организации и описание проблем на каждой из стадий, но эмпирические исследования российских компаний позволили выделить модель Миллера как одну из наиболее удобных для использования на практике.
