Abstract

Рассматриваются особенности бюджетирования как управленческой технологии и место и роль системы управления рисками как основы принятия управленческих решений в процессе бюджетирования. Дано определение бюджетирования как процесса, раскрыто его содержание и методы постановки на предприятиях. Представлены различные подходы к управлению рисками, обоснована целесообразность интеграции системы управления рисками в процесс бюджетирования. Библиогр. 4. Ил. 3.
