Abstract

Исследуются проблемы инвестиционного развития рыбохозяйственного комплекса Российской Федерации. Отражены основные программные мероприятия федеральной целевой программы «Повышение эффективности использования и развитие ресурсного потенциала рыбохозяйственного комплекса в 2009-2014 годах». Рассмотрены вопросы повышения эффективности государственного финансового контроля Программы. Представлены органы исполнительной власти, осуществляющие государственный финансовый контроль за Программой. Предложены меры по повышению качества и надежности внутреннего финансового контроля. Библиогр. 7.
