Abstract

В результате современного финансового кризиса по темпам спада экономики Россия заняла одно из первых мест среди стран «большой двадцатки», что говорит о наличии внутренних проблем в отечественной экономике. В связи с этим актуальным является вопрос об инвестиционной поддержке приоритетных отраслей экономики, которая возможна лишь при активном участии банковского сектора. Исследуются зарубежные модели участия государства в банковской системе, определяются роль и значение государства в регулировании банковского сектора России. Предложены мероприятия, позволяющие решить проблему дефицита в стране кредитных ресурсов. Отмечается, что реализация данных мероприятий возможна лишь при эффективном взаимодействии банковского сообщества и государства. Библиогр. 8. Ил. 1.
