Выбор Рационального Состава Исполнителей Сквозных Бизнес-Процессов Строительной Организации

Abstract

Поставлена задача формирования состава исполнителей сквозного бизнес-процесса, в числе которых отдельные бизнес-процессы, участники, объекты инфраструктуры и др. Предложены механизмы ранжирования бизнес-процессов по совокупности критериев, для которых множество допустимых оценок сформировано на неоднородных метрических шкалах. Предлагается использование медианы Кемени Снелла для определения расстояния между ранговыми предпочтениями экспертов с последующим решением задачи о назначениях. Разработана процедура, результатом которой является список исполнителей бизнес-процессов, упорядоченных по предпочтению. Библиогр. 4. Ил. 1.
