Abstract

Рассматриваются маркетинговый и логистический подходы к формированию каналов распределения. Перечисляются факторы, которые необходимо учитывать при разработке структуры канала распределения. Особое внимание уделяется критериям эффективности реализации интегрированного логистического подхода к формированию каналов распределения. Приводится алгоритм реализации интегрированного подхода к формированию каналов распределения. Библиогр. 2. Ил. 1.
