Abstract

Судостроительно-судоремонтная промышленность оказывает значительное влияние на экономику Астраханского региона. Потенциал развития отрасли достаточно высок и обусловлен рядом факторов, в частности развитием нефтедобычи на Каспии, транспортного коридора «Север Юг», рыбной отрасли и туристического бизнеса. Судостроительно-судоремонтная отрасль Астраханского региона ориентирована на нефтяной сектор на строительство судов и технических средств для поиска и добычи нефти. Для повышения эффективности судостроительно-судоремонтной промышленности целесообразно использовать принципы «Lean production» и повышать персональную заинтересованность каждого работника в оптимизации производственного процесса.
