Модель Минимизации Сроков Выполнения Проекта В Рамках Сетевых Технологий При Фиксированном Бюджете

Abstract

В условиях роста и индивидуализации потребностей рыночной экономики возрастает необходимость применения методов проектного менеджмента, среди которых главную роль играют технологии сетевого планирования и управления. При остром дефиците времени, финансовых и материальных ресурсов требуется оптимизация проектного управления. В связи с этим рассматриваются основные предпосылки и существующие методы оптимизации и приводится описание модели минимизации сроков выполнения проекта при фиксированном бюджете с использованием математического программирования.
