Влияние Экологического Фактора На Экономическое Развитие Байкальского Региона

Abstract

Авторы анализируют влияние экологического фактора на экономическое развитие региона. Мировой опыт показывает неоспоримые преимущества использования эколого-ориентированных технологий: улучшение условий и качества жизни населения, увеличение добавленной стоимости, ВРП / ВВП, повышение конкурентоспособности региона. Это позволит стратегически важному для России Байкальскому региону (БР) сделать качественный рывок в развитии при реализации инновационного сценария с выделением зон опережающего развития. Предлагается объединить индустриальный пояс в одну зону, выделить агропромышленную зону, зону погружения в культуру, бизнес-среду стран-партнеров и тибетскую медицину. Разработана модель устойчивого эколого-экономического развития БР.
