Гастрономический Туризм Как Перспективное Направление Экономического Развития Крыма

Abstract

В статье обоснована значимость гастрономического туризма для регионального развития. С использованием метода «Диаграмма Исикава» установлены причинно-следственные связи неэффективного развития гастрономического туризма в Республике Крым. На основании мониторинга слабых сторон и предполагаемых угроз внешней среды, а также выявления потенциальных возможностей и конкурентных преимуществ туристской отрасли региона с помощью метода SWOTанализ обоснованы ключевые ориентиры для продвижения гастрономического туризма в Крыму. Аргументировано, что разработка научных концепций, описывающих механизм стимулирования развития гастрономического туризма и направленных на упорядочивание этапов его функционирования с учетом процессов максимального использования возможностей и минимизации угроз, позволит вывести гастрономический туризм на качественно новый уровень.
