Abstract

Статья посвящена прагматичному отношению к сфере малого и среднего предпринимательства (МСП) в Японии и ее провинциях, предполагающее своевременное определение ситуации, в которой следует содействовать не расширению поддержки, а ее сужению. В Японии размеры сферы МСП уже более 20 лет назад превзошли оптимальные масштабы. С тех пор в этой стране происходит поэтапное сужение финансовой и прочей государственной поддержки МСП. Авторы показывают, что при этом Правительство Японии более активно ориентируется на динамику финансирования МСП частными кредитными учреждениями, рассматриваемую как рыночный индикатор потребности национального хозяйства в МСП.
