Abstract

В статье анализируются механизмы финансирования органов управления и учреждений юстиции на местах и последствия недостаточных объемов финансирования для развития и эффективности деятельности этих институтов. Рассматриваются материальная обеспеченность органов управления и учреждений юстиции на местах до и после реформы 1922 г., последствия недостаточного финансирования органов и учреждений, призванных обеспечивать правопорядок в стране.
