Abstract

Рассмотрены основные понятия операции секьюритизации, обозначены важнейшие проблемы, мешающие развитию данного института финансирования в нашей стране, а также определены направления развития. Использование секьюритизации является основой для дальнейшего развития ипотечного кредитования в России.
