Abstract

В статье рассматриваются проблемы инфраструктуры, с которыми пришлось столкнуться на отечественном рынке ценных бумаг. Для совершенствования финансовой инфраструктуры следует консолидировать учетную инфраструктуру, изменить подходы к тарифному регулированию. В развитии электронного документооборота следует ориентироваться на международные стандарты. Настоятельная потребность создание эталона мировой инфраструктуры фондового рынка.
