Abstract

Обсуждается одно из фундаментальных понятий неоинституциональной экономической теории трансакционные издержки. Обоснована необходимость введения в научный оборот понятия «трансакционные издержки платежей». Дано его определение, выделены структурные элементы. Анализируется содержание прямых и косвенных издержек платежей. Сформулирована задача по их дальнейшему изучению в качестве одного из инструментов снижения трансакционных издержек фирмы в рамках информационной экономики.
